Abstract
The research project is about the analysis of the labor limitation of artisans qualified by the National Board for the Defense of the Craftsman, on the subdivisions of artisan activities, through a review of the Regulation of Qualifications and Branches of Work and the Law for the Defense of the Craftsman , regulations that violate the right to work, limiting them to fully develop their work, knowing that the craft activity creates jobs, increases local, national and international income, ensuring the economic and commercial viability of artisans and society. However, with the reforms it generates labor limitations and a retroactivity of the benefits that have been acquired. The methodology used was qualitative to collect and analyze concepts, laws, opinions, etc. on qualified artisans, it has also been possible to demonstrate that there is a labor violation of qualified artisans by the reforms to the Regulation of Qualifications and Branches of Work.
