Resumo
O estudo se concentra em avaliar o treinamento profissional, o desenvolvimento de atitudes em relação ao treinamento e a competência de trabalho dos funcionários do GAD do cantão de Latacunga. Foi aplicada uma pesquisa a 80 funcionários públicos da instituição com base em uma abordagem quantitativa - tipo correlacional. Os resultados indicaram que há uma associação positiva significativa entre o treinamento profissional e o desenvolvimento de atitudes em relação à competência no trabalho (H1 ? ?b= 0,864; p=0,000). Isso sugere que, à medida que o treinamento e o desenvolvimento de atitudes melhoram, o mesmo acontece com a competência no trabalho. Do ponto de vista gerencial, esses resultados são altamente relevantes para a política de talentos humanos e o desenvolvimento de carreiras. Essa abordagem é estrategicamente prudente para melhorar a competência e a eficácia do serviço público. Concluiu-se que ferramentas eficazes, comunicação e reconhecimento dos níveis hierárquicos são fatores determinantes no desenvolvimento de atitudes.
