Abstract
This study addresses the issue of how the organizational learning culture influences the effectiveness of business intelligence systems at the IESS General Hospital - Riobamba. The general objective was to analyze the impact of this culture on the efficiency of these systems, essential for strategic decision-making in the hospital environment. The methodology adopted was quantitative and descriptive, using Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient to measure the relationship between the variables. The sample included 51 hospital workers, who completed structured questionnaires assessing their perception of the learning culture and intelligence systems. The results indicated a significant positive correlation (? = 0.856, p < 0.05), supporting the hypothesis that a strong learning culture is associated with better performance of business intelligence systems. This finding shows that fostering organizational learning not only increases staff commitment, but also the effectiveness of computer systems in data management. In conclusion, the research confirms that the organizational learning culture is a determining factor for optimizing business intelligence systems, highlighting the importance of promoting a continuous learning environment to improve the quality of health services.
