Resumo
O problema do estudo focado no uso limitado do aplicativo móvel da Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Chibuleo Ltda. é a pouca divulgação nas redes sociais dos benefícios oferecidos pelo setor cooperativo, a falta de conhecimento da existência do mobile banking e, consequentemente, o uso limitado do aplicativo. Por esse motivo, o objetivo do estudo é propor o uso do aplicativo móvel por meio da metodologia TAM para promover a inclusão financeira da agência Coop Chibuleo Tena. Foi aplicada uma abordagem quantitativa com um projeto correlacional usando uma pesquisa para análise descritiva e análise estatística exploratória de fatores. Como resultado, os fatores tiveram uma correlação de 90% e a percepção de dois componentes principais, intenção comportamental e facilidade de uso percebida, foi identificada em 79%. No entanto, há componentes de influência social, autossuficiência computacional, segurança, confiança e custos financeiros que não foram percebidos, onde há deficiências, pois eles consideram que o aplicativo Chibuleo não tem proteções suficientes quando usam e realizam suas operações bancárias, não se sentem confortáveis e seguros com o aplicativo.
