Abstract
This research work focuses on the analysis of the legal environment in which the Mining Concession Contract is applied and developed in Ecuador in accordance with the Mining Law; Having that one of the parties involved in this agreement of wills is the Ecuadorian State, which obtained the first large-scale mining contract in the history of Ecuador. This study will allow defining the framework in which mining is developed as one of the strategic sectors of Ecuador, within the framework of the Constitutional State of Rights and Justice.
